What We Offer
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time HGV Bin Lorry Driver to join our busy team!
Hours: 24 hours per week
Working Pattern: Flexible working days can be agreed, with a preference for availability on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for driving a refuse collection vehicle and carrying out commercial waste and recycling collections.
Duties will include:

Driving an HGV refuse collection vehicle safely and responsibly

Completing scheduled commercial bin collection routes

Emptying and handling commercial waste and recycling containers

Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects

Completing relevant collection and vehicle paperwork

Following company Health & Safety procedures

Providing a professional service to customers

Keeping the vehicle and working areas clean and tidy
Essential Requirements

Valid Category C (Class 2) HGV licence

Valid Driver CPC
-
Valid Digital Tachograph Card

Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role

Reliable and punctual
-
Good standard of driving and awareness of road safety

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience driving refuse collection vehicles is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
Employment: Part-time – 24 hours per week
Pay: £16.25 per hour (Saturday & Sunday shifts are task and finish, with Sunday paid at Double Time)
Location/Base: Randalstown
Start Date: 21st October 2026 (negotiable)
